Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as they are allocated and secured exclusively for you. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or misdescribed goods.

 

Standard Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

With all original tags (where applicable)

 ccompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

 •Custom or personalised items, unless faulty

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care products (e.g., beauty items, hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original purchase as per our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item.

 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, under EU Consumer Law.
